About the service

Immunofluorescence staining makes specific proteins and biological molecules in cell and tissue samples visible through fluorescently labelled antibodies. The position of the target molecule inside the cell — nucleus, cytoplasm or membrane — can be observed directly.

The work covers fixation, permeabilisation, blocking, primary and secondary antibody incubations and nuclear counterstaining. Each protocol is optimised for the target antibody; dilution ratios and incubation times are agreed before the study.
