General principle

At NeoPreklinik we take the privacy of everyone who visits our website and uses our forms seriously. This policy explains what data the site collects and how that data is used.

Data we collect

• Form data: the information you enter yourself in the service request and contact forms.
• Technical data: IP address, browser information and submission time, collected to prevent misuse of form submissions.

The site uses no third-party advertising networks, behavioural tracking or profiling analytics.

Cookies

Our site uses a strictly necessary session cookie only. This cookie is required for:

• Security verification (CSRF) of form submissions,
• Showing form errors and notices after a page reload,
• Keeping administrators signed in to the management panel.

No advertising or tracking cookies are used. The session cookie becomes invalid when you close your browser or when the session expires.

Files you upload

Documents attached to the service request form are stored outside the web server's public directory and can only be viewed by authenticated, authorised users. Files are accepted only after their content type is validated on the server and are saved under randomly generated names.

Data security

• All database queries run through prepared statements (SQL injection protection).
• All user content printed to the screen is escaped (XSS protection).
• Form submissions are verified with a CSRF token.
• Management panel passwords are stored irreversibly (password hashing).
• Failed sign-in attempts to the management panel are rate limited.

Third-party links

The site may contain external links such as LinkedIn, Instagram and the internship application form. When you follow those links, the privacy policy of the relevant platform applies. Fonts are loaded through Google Fonts.
