1. Data controller

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by NeoPreklinik as the data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal data processed

Through this website we process only the data you submit yourself:

• Identity and contact data: full name, institution/university, e-mail address, phone number.
• Request content: project or study title, request description, sample information and any documents you attach to the form.
• Transaction security data: the IP address the request was sent from, browser information and submission time.

3. Purposes of processing

• Recording, evaluating and concluding your service request,
• Contacting you about your request,
• Planning and reporting the study carried out,
• Preventing misuse of the form and maintaining information security,
• Fulfilling legal obligations.

4. Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the grounds that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, that it is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations, and on the basis of legitimate interest; where explicit consent is required, processing relies on the explicit consent you give in the form.

5. Transfer

Your personal data is not shared with third parties other than where strictly necessary to deliver the service (hosting infrastructure and, where required, collaborating academic institutions) and with public authorities empowered by law. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Retention period

Request records are kept for the applicable commercial and legal limitation periods after the related study is concluded; at the end of that period they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Documents attached to the form are stored outside the web server's public directory, in an area accessible only to authorised users.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed,
• Request information if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly,
• Request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate,
• Request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met,
• Request that correction/deletion be notified to third parties the data was transferred to,
• Object to a result against you arising from automated analysis,
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

8. Applications

You may submit requests regarding your rights to biruniteknopark@neopreklinik.com . Applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest.
