About the service
The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is the core molecular biology method for amplifying a target DNA or RNA region with high fidelity. It forms the backbone of work from genetic analysis to gene expression studies.
At NeoPreklinik the process begins with nucleic acid isolation; purity and concentration measurements are recorded. Depending on the aim of the study, primers are designed or your existing primers are validated. In RNA work, gene expression analysis follows cDNA synthesis.
