About the service

Cell culture is the foundation of biological research. By allowing cell and tissue samples to be studied under controlled laboratory conditions, it plays a decisive role in fields from cancer research to drug discovery.

At NeoPreklinik, cell culture work is carried out under Class II biosafety cabinet conditions. Every step from thawing the cell line to passaging and the day of the experiment is recorded; the date, passage number and confluence rate are reported for each passage.

Process

  1. Initial meeting — line, protocol and replicates
  2. Thawing and adaptation of the cell line
  3. Medium change and passaging
  4. Confluence monitoring and imaging
  5. Seeding and delivery per the experimental plan

Deliverables

  • Passaged cell culture ready for experiments
  • Passage history and confluence records
  • Mycoplasma contamination check report
  • Phase contrast microscope images
  • Cryopreservation (frozen storage) support

Sample and document requirements

If you are sending your own cell line, it must arrive in a cryovial, on dry ice, together with the cell line information form.
