Cytotoxicity testing of new-technology dental orientation biomedical equipment on human oral flora cells.
The effect of new-technology dental orientation equipment developed for orthodontic use was assessed on human oral flora cells through cytotoxicity testing.
Material extracts were applied at different concentrations; technical replicates and control groups were run within the same experimental set-up for every concentration. The aim was to produce measurable data on the cellular safety profile of the material.
